Take out on the NH side, just above the bouys. Walk along Rt 1o to a trail leading down to a sandy beach.

eventually the trail leads to a flight of rock steps(not ideal for a cart) you can de-cart and lower the boat down gently on its belly(or carry it) then its about 60' to the water over rough ground, I would say carting is possible, but you may be better off dragging(or carrying)to prevent cart damage. p.s. if your squeamish avoid going to the left at the bottom of the stairs, there's a rotting deer carcass(may 22 2017).
