Obsessed with nature and the outdoors, I am most at peace and home in the backcountry. I am a former biologist now therapist, certified in nature-informed therapy. I am developing a program that will use paddling trips to facilitate healing in women who've experienced trauma and also foster a long term connectedness with nature and the outdoors.
