Our 3 person group paddled by on our trip from Turners Falls to Thompsonville. We found a couple of things to report. First, The broken platforms in the description above are replaced and functioning. Second, there is no signage as you paddle by. To locate the entrance, look across the river at Six Flags Theme Park. The entrance is across the river from the trio of towers (the "Scream" ride). It's the second tall ride as you head downstream. There are two paths leading to the site. Chose the downstream one for easier access. The northern one is very overgrown and a longer path to the site. As I said earlier, the platforms are rebuilt. The site could use come clearing to free up some trees for hammock campers. This would be a great site to stay at on the way down from Holyoke, or on the way up from Thompsonville.

Signage was added later this summer, so hopefully the site is easier to find now!
