Does anyone monitor this site? Is it abandoned? No where is there a link, form, or phone number to get in touch with an administrator.

I'm trying to get an update on the maps I ordered. 10 days later I have no shipping confirmation or any way to track the order. The alleged "MY ACCOUNT" link where I *should* be able to find order information is nowhere to be found. Incidentally, it appears we can add items to a cart, but if you back out "to continue shopping" there is no way to find your cart again, save adding another item. In short - this site needs some attention. But for right now, I'd like to know where the maps I purchased are, and when I can expect to receive them. Otherwise, please issue a refund ASAP.
