Upper Valley Land Trust

The Upper Valley Land Trust (UVLT) permanently protect the working farms, forested ridges, wildlife habitat, water resources, trails and scenic landscapes of the “Upper Valley” in Vermont and New Hampshire. The organization steward permanent agreements that conserve key properties forever.

The UVLT was instrumental in the establishment of the Paddlers Trail in the 1990s, and continues to play a pivot role today, helping maintain some of the most popular and well established campsites along the river. Staff also serve on the trail’s Executive Committee.
